AnySend: Privacy Policy

AnySend ("the App", "we", "us") is a file-sharing utility that uploads files from your Android device to third-party file-hosting services and returns a shareable download link.
This Privacy Policy explains what data the App accesses, how it is used, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
No Personal Data Collection by SmartLayer Solutions
AnySend requires no account, login, or registration. We do not collect or store personal information on our servers. The App interacts with the following data on your device:
- Files you upload: sent directly to the third-party host you select. We never keep copies on our own servers.
- Upload history (file name, size, date, host, link): stored locally on your device only using SQLite. Never sent to us.
- Advertising ID (AD_ID): shared with Google AdMob to serve and measure ads.
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, or any other personal identifier.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
AnySend displays ads powered by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID to show personalized ads and measure ad performance.
- You can opt out of ad personalization at any time: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
- You can reset your Advertising ID in the same menu.

3. Third-Party File Hosts
When you upload a file, it is transmitted directly from your device to the hosting service you select inside the App. We do not relay, copy, or store your files on our own infrastructure.
Each third-party host operates independently under its own privacy policy and file-retention rules. Anyone with the generated link can access the uploaded file, so only share links with people you trust.
4. App Permissions
- INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: required to upload files and load ads.
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS: required to show upload progress and completion notifications.
- FOREGROUND_SERVICE (dataSync): keeps uploads running when the app is in the background.
- AD_ID: required by the Google AdMob SDK.
5. Data Security
All file uploads are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Your local upload history never leaves your device and is not backed up to any server we control.
6. Children's Privacy
AnySend is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children. If you believe a child has used the App in a way that raises concerns, please contact us at the address below.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
